I am Signe Fuglesteg Luksengard (1990), an artist working with photography, installation, writing and different printmaking techniques. I grew up in a small village close to the mountains of southern Norway, but is now based in Oslo.
In my personal work I am curious on the issue of home and the sense of belonging. I strive to go beyond what is photographed and capture what is on the inside and is interested in familial relationship and intergenerational expectations. I wonder, is it possible to photograph to experience photography physically? Can a photograph show how it felt to be where I was when I clicked the shutter?
